As much as I love happy endings, Chekov is going to feel obligated to go back to his universe and the Enterprise. As Kirk said, that's where he belongs. And I reckon Starfleet doesn't care much for stowaways. (But I have some transdimensional gadgets in mind, so...)

PENNY has been in the City for, like, five years (although I restarted her at one point, so her memories are wonky), and she currently runs the Welcome Center and Youth Center. Hobbies include working all the time, being nice at people, and pining after Chase unsuitable men!

THE PLAN is whatever you want it to be! Penny makes a good support character in a curse, so just let me know if you'd like her around for your character's convenience. Seriously, even if I have tentative plans, come at me!

Just a note that Penny will be stepping it up at the Welcome Center to provide for guests. I'm going to make an open post to cover those days. It will be very open to threadjacking and characters having threads of their own, so feel free to abuse it when you see it!

Demyx is a Nobody (someone who had his heart overtaken with Darkness, is the heartless being left over [The creatures without bodies are called Heartless THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONFUSION, NOMURA]). I have kinda been playing him this time around as having pretty secure emotions??? Because I figure that he's been slowly building them in his first stay (around three years, probably more), and after his long bout without the City, he's all ~*~excited~*~ to be back. And not dead. Which he'll gladly talk about!

He has a bunch of freaky-cool water powers, and can portal to wherever, but he's still a dolt when it comes to socializing. And he's in a band! Go Time Bomb!
