Really, really dark, bitter chocolate. I mean, we're talking 75%, 80% cacao content here. And maybe even the varieties that mix in things like salt and chili peppers and things that add more bitterness. Dark and bitter, but still chocolate (tempting), and somehow good even when you know it's really strong and probably really bad for you (except the antioxidants are good, so...my metaphor falls apart a little...)
