ORIGIN.

poly_crack and it was glorious! Since then it has passed hands a few times and made the move to Dreamwidth where the legend continues...
MISSION.
To try to be a welcome OOC outlet for characters and players alike where we laugh our asses off at characters' expenses. Memes, userpic swaps, info exchanges, and all sorts of other fun stuff are welcome here!
FUNCTION.
Posts can be made with character journals or personal journals, whichever you'd feel comfortable using. All players at Poly are welcome to join and/or play. All members are welcome to make posts. Please be understanding this is NOT canon in any way, shape, or form and should never be considered series!canon or Poly!Canon.
RULES.
1. Be nice. Respect your fellow players. Remember, you're communicating in text, and even though you're being silly, sometimes it doesn't come across that way. Before you post something, read it aloud to yourself. If your message comes off as mean, maybe try rewording it to sound more casual. We do not want fighting/bullying/flame wars here. This is meant to be a fun place!

poly_crack is NOT poly_chromatic. What happens in poly_crack stays in poly_crack. Any info your character might learn or any experiences here can not be carried over into the real game. Sorry.
3. Big pictures and NSFW posts MUST be placed under a cut. Please. Some folks are living at home with families and others are at work — so label your post accordingly! That being said, please be aware that threads under any given post MIGHT take a turn for the risque at any given time. Think before you click. A picture is "too big" if it's more than 450x600 pixels.
4. Post as often as you think it is reasonable. Currently, there is no rule or need for a rule about how often a post can go up. As long as people are responding, having fun, and not feeling spammed the fun is welcome just keep it within reason.
PUNISHMENT.
According to the current mods knowledge, there hasn't been any extreme cases that involve banning and what not. If things do get out of hand (and let's hope this never happens), there will be a 3-strike penalty. If you still fail to listen after 3 warnings, you will be banned frompoly_crack. HOWEVER, you are NOT banned from poly_chromatic. You just won't be able to partake in any more fun times here. So think before you act and follow the rules!

Please remember we may be the mods ofpoly_crack but the mods of poly_chromatic itself are the big bosses. We answer to them. If they want us to do something, we will do it. Their word is law.
