I'd love to toss Ukitake Snape's way, somehow. I strangely think they would get along. Uki has some patronly qualities, if that helps. But generally he's a calm and mature guy.

I don't know the canon, but Kazuo sounds like he could be a project for the daddycaptain, if he's not beyond hope.
