I don't know /rubs chin eames definitely considers Neil interesting enough to keep an eye on him and interact with him, vague looking-like-arthur aside. plus it seems to eames that neil is of course out of his element, so if neil needs any help around the city, eames might be willing to help if just to get to observe him more :33
