Well I don't really remember, but I think... I think something very bad happened, and the old Loki died. Though the very bad thing was probably his fault anyway, from how people talk about it.

Then I woke up, just a mortal who didn't know who I was, didn't remember anything. But Thor found me, and brought me home.

What brought me to the Land of Strange Bears, however, is more of a mystery to me than my half-remembered past.
