You kow Eden is starting to really regret this tendency she has to bring Irishmen home - not because she doesn't like Pig but because why do they always seem to do stupid shit? (she forgets she lived with a man who was known for building bombs that routinely didn't work for years)

But actually, she kind of feels sorry for him. Unlike Nathan, who is a jackass and an asshole, she recognizes that Pig has an emotional codependency that he can't quite control. She realizes that there's something that he needs and that no one in the City can give to him, that he's basically alone, and she's been there. It makes her want to fix it, but she recognizes, too, that some things are beyond her control to fix.
