Charlie ---> Buffy. Buffy likes Charlie. Definitely friends. She admires that Charlie can and does take care of herself even beyond the whole fire thing. She really enjoys the conversations they have and when they do things together.

Charlie---> Rose. Rose is a little more conservative in her feelings for Charlie, but that's more just because they don't have a ton of CR yet and Rose is one of those muses that it takes a good deal of CR to get past the friends-->people I adore thing.

Charlie--> Dean thinks Charlie is a super cool chick. He's oddly not that interested in her romantically but that doesn't mean that he doesn't like her. He just would rather have her as a friend than anything.
