Amy on Howard Amy likes Howard! She thinks he's ridiculous and arrogant, but he's also funny and easy to flirt with and those are things she absolutely appreciates, especially since she isn't the type for deep and personal conversation anyways, so keeping it light and fun works for her and he makes that very easy. She also likes taking him down a notch, though.
Ivy on Howard She thinks he's intelligent but emotionally-stunted. Technically, that means they're very alike.
Rhodey on Howard Oh boy. He's surprised that he actually gets along with him, but he is similar to Tony in many ways and Rhodey could easily see the friendship he has with Tony also extending to Howard, except that would be a betrayal of Tony— and he's seen, perhaps better than anyone, the scars that Howard's left on Tony, so to speak, so that makes him somewhat wary of him as well, especially now that Howard mentioned wanting to talk to Tony.
