She is currently sort of torn with him, she thinks he's jumped in and adapted to the City admirably well and appears to have something that resembles a spine, but when he puts on his teenage bimbo act she is really not interested or impressed. She does, however, find his ability to deal with Saya interesting and has already probably had several lurid fantasies about the two of them making him cry.

Carla just isn't a very nice woman, honestly, and if she can find some way to hurt him, she will. It would probably be in Neil's best interest that she never get ahold of his insecurities or abuse. She's already openly and heartlessly mocked several people for the abuses they've suffered because Carla just likes to see people hurt--(Her rational is that if people are weak enough to be hurt by her, they deserve it. Which is also why she spends so much time hurting herself.)

Anyway. Yeah. She's... not very pleasant.
