Right now, Charlie thinks Neil comes off as guarded and cautious. She feels like right now things are very surface and casual and while she'd like to know if there's a reason behind it, she understands if there is it's probably big because that's how SHE is and she has big reasons for it. She's not going to pry. It's up to him. She likes him, though. The couple conversations she's had with him have been fun and she'd love more of them.
