[The end of Summer meant only one thing. A day at the beach. This wasn't something she could do at home at all. There were no beaches in Citi Stadium and no safe beaches near there.
So today, she's taking advantage of this by throwing on her best two piece and shorts, stuffing her messenger bag full of sandwiches and sodas and potato chips and her ever present journal (and her inhaler) and she's sitting on a towel near the water.
There's a great dane puppy beside her who is so very interested in chasing a hermit crab. Until the hermit crab pinches and then it's a mad dash back to Julie, yelping the entire way.
Julie smiles at the pup over the edge of her journal before closing it and putting it away, picking the oh so upset animal up and cradling it in her arms.]

[Yes. She did in fact name her dog after her favorite Zombie. Think nothing of it.]
