Time is meaningless in any sense of the word. An artificial construction of intelligent lifeforms so they know how much to get paid during their dull drum days at the office. Stupid time cards. I mean does it really matter if you're one or two minutes later or early?

Time has meaning if you make it have it. It loses meaning when you don't have an infinite amount of it -- and I'm afraid I enjoy my work. [His hours don't matter so long as he has a lot of them and most of them are spent in front of the comforting glare of a computer screen or a book so old he is astonished that he's even allowed in the same room with it. He lives a good life, man.]

Actually, I've found that having an infinite amount of it rather makes it meaningless. Rather like sand on the beach. Prolly why I don't pay attention to it any more.
