She's having a weird time reintegrating herself back into 'society' and the City's turbulent nature messes with her head a lot, she's always looking for something distracting to do. Also lots of trigger warnings. This month Anna is in the hospital, and not really on the network. Next month she will be poking around at what's going on, but still mainly bedridden though maybe not at the hospital the entire time. She is skittish but very compassionate!

We could have them meet in the Library if you want, since Rain works there, but if you want them to meet at Marie's or somewhere it's all good.

Neil is a bit of a walking trigger warning himself. She was nice to him and gave him a lift. Does that mean she doesn't like him because she didn't run him over with her Jag? ;)

The lady with the Jag is Saya, but Carla would be incredibly flattered to be confused for her any day of the week. She has a big gay lady crush on that creepy bitch.

She got to ride in the Jag when she first arrived too, so they've got something in common 8V

Carla also has a few trigger topics that generally evoke the same response from her, so she really felt the need to warn Neil about not trusting when magical entities offer to grant you wishes.

She is generally not the nicest of ladies though ahaha.
