o2 other people offer their own characters like two cent whores on a street called Alamo.
o3 ???
o4 profit! build CR outside your usuals, make some new friends, find new people to stalk, be dazzled, amazed, etc etc.

I am not sleepy like the cheap drunk I amtomorrow's craziness, but here's who I have if you'd like to do the prodding! I'm kind of shy about approaching people I don't know, but I'm quite open to any shenanigans. SO:Justin Pendleton ☁ "Murder by Numbers" ☁
If you need a highly introverted and extremely jaded
seventeentwenty-one year-old who's thinks too much and has a massive guilt complex, he's your guy. Oh, or a killer-turned-self-destructive-police-officer. He's good for that, too.I've been mucking about with Justin's sexuality--nothing dramatic, just him trying to figure things out. Eventually, I would be immensely appreciative if someone could explain asexuality to the kid and assure him that it's not completely freakish. But in time. He might also benefit from some kind of parental figure, if you've one to offer, and maybe more friends his age? Especially girls. He seems to get along better with girls.
Penny ♬ "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog" ♬
I'd love for Penny to get to know some of the other volunteers at the Welcome Center. Um. If your character needs a sweet, selfless, nurturing type in their life, Penny would be more than happy to help. Really. Penny has a terrible dating history. Terrible. If you would like to add to the terribleness or add your late-twenties/early-thirties male character to her growing pool of guys she kind of wants to date, that'd be awesome. Eventually I'd like her to confront some of her own issues that she doesn't like to think about (ie being dead, not doing enough to fix the world, general insecurities), but that can wait.
Pavel Chekov ☀ "Star Trek" (XI/2009/Reboot) ☀
I don't know what I want to do with Chekov, so if you need a navigator/cartographer/physicist/engineer/stereotypical Russian/adorable what-have-you, let me know. I'd really love to, at some point, play with the problems that Chekov won't readily admit to having and cut through some of the comedic relief and cheerfulness to get to something real. He's really not all sunshine, but I'm not sure how to play that out. I'm also ready to jump on any CR that could result in possible misunderstandings or crack-filled hilarity.
TL;DR version has been reduced to something... more bite-sized, I hope.

I don't know how, but I'm sure an opportunity will present itself.

Potential father figure? RHODEY.
Also, Chekov. I will always be all over Chekov.

Oh! Justin's met Tessa, hasn't he? He appreciated how quiet and sensible she was.
Fff, never stop tagging Chekov!

He has! She liked him as well, for similar reasons. They should become BFFs.
NO NEVER. You cannot get rid of me now /reaches for

Ha, very quiet and withdrawn BFFs who just... read in the general proximity of each other. That would be adorable.

Also I really love all of Stephen and Justin's interactions and want more of this forever, no arguments.

I have, too. I mean, I like Stephen in general and will throw everyone at him ever, but he's a good person for Justin to know. If that makes any sense. I don't think I'm making sense.
