Ivy can get in the free candy van. Uki's all for adopting all the children, and will probably blow a gasket when he finds out they're the same age, lol. Don't know the canon at all though, fyi.

Don't know Tessa's canon either, but it also sounds like someone who can benefit from the daddycaptain.
