1. Comment with a list of your characters!
2. Go forth and ask other players what their character's opinions are of your characters, their relationship, so on, so forth!
3. TLDR to your heart's content!
*yes I know it's plain, forgive me!

Amy is for the most part amused by Steve and the way he doesn't quite know how to deal with her or women in general, and by how wholesome he is. That said, she likes him because Bucky adores him so much and she really meant it when she said that she'd hurt him if he hurt Bucky.
She also feels a little bad for him, because at least Bucky has her to talk about relationship stuff, but what with them keeping it quiet, he doesn't really have anybody. She doesn't like dealing with emotions very much, but she'd listen to him— though she's always going to be Bucky's friend first and foremost.

He's the father she never had. That really says it best— she's never had anyone in her life even close to a father figure and it's still new, especially since he left so soon after the curse, but she adores him and his grumpiness and the way he so clearly cares and feels protective of her. It will likely never cease to amaze her that he'd want to be a father to her. He could certainly do more interesting things with his time than teach her to make pancakes, but she'll just embrace everything that he's willing to give her.
Rhodey on Ariadne
He really liked her and it's a pity they haven't talked much since that flight. He particularly liked how strong-willed she is and that she clearly doesn't take shit from anybody. That party in engineering needs to happen.

He's amused, impressed and wary in about equal measures? Amused because of the sarcasm and spunk, impressed because Huey is clearly smart and knows what he's talking about and doing, and wary because the whole juvenile terrorist thing.
Amy on Huey
Amy likes his snark and confidence. No warriness or anything here, she pretty much thinks he's a cool guy, certainly for a kid his age. Okay, this isn't exactly tl;dr, but it's all I got rn ;;

and GDI why haven't Tessa and Howl met yet?

Also, Ivy on Stephen
Ivy likes Stephen, in as far as the Archive allows emotional attachment and emotion in general (the Archive doesn't suppress them completely, by far, but there's certainly more distance and a sense of disconnection even from her own emotions at times). She thinks he's nice and friendly, though nothing special in the grand scheme of things. Still— he is someone that, were she allowed emotional attachment, she could get quite close to, as a father figure or simply as a good friend.

Rhodes on Sif if there's anything there

Tessa likes and admires Mae. Admires her for her confidence and the ease with which she seems to navigate the world, at least from Tessa's point of view, which is still full of struggling with the norms of a time so much more advanced and different from hers. Mae, though. Mae is confident and knows what she wants and still she's really nice. Plus, she gave Tessa a book to read. Tessa likes anyone who'll give her books to read.
Amy on Mae
Amy isn't the easiest to get close to, necessarily, for all that she likes chatting with people, and she isn't at a point where she'd open up to Mae about actual emotions (which Amy hates talking about, anyways), but she still really likes Mae and talking to her. I think they just have this easy if not necessarily deep friendship (which ugh, Amy's fault always, she just doesn't like letting people in). Amy definitely enjoys the banter.

She thinks he isn't quite the brightest and also rude but there's part of her that's curious to understand where he's coming from and why he is the way he is.

Ivy on Eames
If it hadn't been for the family day curse, Ivy wouldn't have a particular opinion on Eames. She liked discussing things with him and found him intelligent and also dangerous, for a given definition of dangerous, but not a danger to her since she's very well capable of defending herself and aware of the sorts of danger he may present.
Then family day came and he was her father and she still thought he was intelligent and still liked discussing things with him, but she also wanted him to be happy and to be happy with her and to love her and for those two days, she was sure that he did even if there was fighting sometimes. The mere fact that there were people who cared enough about her to make it worth fighting about was already incredible, even if she hated it when there was fighting. Or arguments. Basically, the curse gave Ivy what she's always wanted: people who cared for her and whom she could care for in return without the Archive's distance and neutrality preventing it. She probably would have felt the same way if it had been any other two people rather than Eames and Arthur, certainly that weekend.
And now that that's over— not only did she lose the two people she called her fathers and the freedom to let herself care for them in such a deep way, Eames is angry and completely ignoring the matter. The Archive insists that is a good thing as such a lack of neutrality and emotional distance should be left as far behind as possible, but the little girl? The little girl is mourning her father and hating that he doesn't love her anymore.

Well. Well, basically it boils down to what I said on plurk earlier today, but I'll say it again: he makes her so happy and it's incredibly good for her to spend time with someone that she likes and who so obviously and openly likes her back and it takes away a large part of her angst and just allows her to be happier and — yes, basically, that's really it, though. He makes her genuinely happy.
Ivy on Penny
Ivy isn't annoyed by Penny at all; she thinks Penny is a very kind and nice person and she wishes she could allow Penny to care for her rather than having to reject that time and again because she needs to be emotionally distant.
