The Architect and the Soldier

To begin with: Steve likes Ariadne! He likes that she has this spunky side and that she asks questions and is curious! He likes that she seems kind to people who need kindness (like Anna) and he's inherently drawn to that in her personality. He also really loves having someone around who he can draw with and talk about nothing with, because outside of Bucky he's never really had that, and Bucky can't draw stick figures so it's even more of a plus.

Sometimes he worries about her, though. Because he knows that curiosity is a good thing, he doesn't want to stop her, but he feels like it might lead her somewhere dangerous. He understands her drive to prove herself (esp because he sees her as pretty obviously capable) but it kind of concerns him that she does things like run back into danger when Eames clearly wanted to help her?

Anyway! He will invite her to baseball again soon!
