Congratulations, Karl, you have actually gotten on Sephiroth's nerves, which is very hard to do! He was already somewhat agitated, as well as tired of madmen and murderers and murderous madmen, when he arrived in the City, and so Karl is definitely one of his least favorite people thus far. He feels very scornful of him, thinks him foolish as well as a danger to the public, and is likely to ignore him because of this. When he happens to see Karl's comments on the network, he generally rolls his eyes.

That said he wouldn't hesitate to fight him again, if he needed to.
