Dammit I'm going to have to make myself a note of that, but yes, he needs to meet the others.

Rose really likes Howard. He reminds her in some ways of the Doctor and that always endears someone to her. He's fun and he strikes her as honest. She likes that in a person. He's also charming when he wants to be. The fact that he's from a different time period also fascinates her. She'd love to get to know him better. He also reminds her in some ways of Jack whom she adores.

Jack wins at the smooth talking, though, but jifhgkg I never really thought about it like that with the tinkering and from another time. It fits for her. :3
