Charlie-->Howard. Howard is family to Charlie, first of all. And this is important because she doesn't consider many people her family. She has a load of friends, sure, and all of them are important but for someone to be considered family by Lena? That's kind of big for her. It means she trusts them significantly and that's really hard for her to do. He's intelligent, as well, and Charlie loves intelligent people. She has almost no patience for idiots.

Howard is also honest and that's something else she values. She hasn't really had much honesty in her life until she came to the City. She can't lie to Howard and it's not because he found out about her life because of the City. She just can't do it. She's also comfortable around him because of everything mentioned above.

And she adores the whole co-parenting thing they have with Sonic the hedgehog.

Sonic is their baby. Howard really needs to hug her always because of reasons. I think in a way, and because of that, he also considers her family. Like an odd cousin or sibling relationship that really works.
