Mae thinks Amy's rather funny and lovely and pretty as all hell, and she has so many adventures? If she could have picked a future to have, she'd have picked that one. Gorgeous girl with awesome fashion style and self-confidence and Adventures. She will always be grateful Amy saved her ass when the Angels came to the City, even though she kind of made a jab at the Scottish bossiness. And still DOES? But Amy's a pal - not a friend, she can tell they're not that close, although Mae would try to get closer. Though she suspects that only the Doctor can reach that sort of level, to be fair.

Mae first thought of Tessa as a project, in a way - empowering Victorian women, one ankle at a time, you know? - except she's intelligent, lovely, and gives her great conversation. So it's grown since. She will always lend her books, though! She rarely has people to talk about books she's read with, so Tessa and Mae can form their very own book club. Private society.
