So far, she really likes him. She worries about him because she gets a vulnerable sort of vibe off him and she's not sure why. She is really glad she can help him out and she tries to make sure the job is fairly stress-less because she thinks he needs that. He's also pretty, which she always appreciates but he's entirely too young for her which doesn't usually stop her from flirting but in Neil's case, I don't think she does do a lot of flirting because she feels protective over him more than anything.

Awww! Neil appreciates the job, even though he's not familiar with the product. Lucy is way nice. He won't try to steal anything and though he might flirt back, because it's fun, he'll keep it light, if for no other reason then she isn't his type. ;) It might be fun the have a scene in the shop where he's getting used to things?
