Carla is all the PTSD. She's also a little OCD. And depressive. With an extra helping of low self-esteem. I always love when people say she's unpredictable. She's supposed to be. When I made up the original Zinc, the core part of the design was that he was a counterfeiter, and the mimicry element, which made his ability to react very fluid/frequently unpredictable because he really seriously didn't care about portraying himself as long as he was getting his way, most of the time (when he gets obsessive about something he is a lot more concerned about being seen for who he is. Especially if it makes someone uncomfortable :) ) It gets him into trouble when he actually needs to commit to something (which. why would he ever. fuck other people.) BUT YES. THIS IS A GOOD DESCRIPTOR.

And while I would not go so far as to say Carla sees Justin as a possession, he is most certainly hers to play with when she wants to. So. She will carry on doing so until he's boring or he breaks.


AND DELACROIX. Will come back out. She is the most reclusive out of everyone, which is... both figurative and literal. The only things that seem to draw her nose up are annoyances and stupid children (aka annoyances) at which points she sniffs at them and then goes back to what she was doing...

Oh, good! She's coming across just as you'd like, then (PTSD, OCD, depression and all). Carla is also just... basically everything that freaks Justin out rolled into one person. He can sympathize with the mental issues, but he really doesn't like unpredictability and likes physical intimacy even less (comes with the prison bitch territory). So in a way he's drawn to her because she's fucked up in a way that he vaguely understands, but he's also deeply uncomfortable around her.

Justin is so thoroughly superglued together that he might not break, but he may try to be boring.
