So here is who I have, which is a list that hasn't changed in a long time. (Have I mentioned Doc has been here for almost a full year now? And he's my newbie. Time fliiiiiiiiiies.)

Doctor James Wilson (this mofo right here)
James, James, James. Nearing four years in the game in February. He has left the City a couple of times now, and yet he keeps getting drawn back in. He's at the point now where, all the trauma he's endured here aside, he's just making the best of it. Making whatever kind of a life here he can for as long as he's here. Offering as much help and support to others as he can. Trying to make the place a little less unbearable for everyone. His optimism doesn't always hold out. It's been a rough few years. And yet it's still better than canon. I don't have any specific plot ideas, but if your character is the needy sort, if they're looking for someone to listen, or if they're just in need of someone to bounce dialogue off of who'll probably come up with a deadpan one-liner now and again, heeeeere's Wilson. Ready for any and all CR.

Todd is QUIET. Still. Even after years of becoming less quiet. He'll hold conversations if you come to him, but he's not likely to branch out on the network unless something pings him. He works better with open action type things, generally. Things where he can't just... not have social interaction. He's also been here almost four years - April, for him - and he's never left. He doesn't want to. He likes it here. He has Neil here. He doesn't have his emotionally abusive parents here. He has freedom here. Nobody knows who the fuck his goddamn special snowflake brother is here. He can take a few curses for all this especially that Neil thing. He writes plays! Well... he wrote play. He'll do more, maybe, if Neil hounds him enough. He writes poems! He doesn't want you to read them. Please don't read them. He needs people to bother him.

He's Doc Motherfuckin' Brown. You want to be his friend. You know you want to be his friend. He totally has the DeLorean with him. He needs to fix the flight circuits. Chekov will probably help him with that. Your character could help rebuild the flight circuits in the DeLorean with Doc Brown and Chekov. That's like every dream I never knew I dreamed, man. Also he needs other friends too. He has a tendency to disappear and do ambiguous science for long stretches of time. I would also like to eventually have him invent some things that maybe end up reaping some kind of havoc on the City. These plans are not fully formed or run by anyone for anything yet. They are just ideas in my strange, strange head.

◢ Carla Morir - Original Character - dignity_misery

Is: A somewhat suicidal ex-zombie in the midst of a massive identity crisis and on the tail-end of a poisonously controlling/obsessive relationship with the man who infected her with said reanimation virus and kept her as his pet. Fills her void of self-hate with sex and violence.
City: Killed herself in October, has been making some attempts at improving her emotional stability ever since. Has been taking up painting after killing her dog Rex (sandurufu) in a trade with the deities for her nerve damage to be fixed/her life. Works for Eames helping him do whatever needs doing with his dream den, mostly because she needs to be kept busy (/kept an eye on). She has a functioning CR Chart if that sparks an interesting intersection ideas.
Needs: Anything, everything. Especially strong lady-friends. Also, she has a dog named Peanut (fluffanut) who I use as a blatant plot device to get her to meet people.

◢ Marie Delacroix - System Shock 2 - prosopopoeia

Is: Nobel prize laureate and the former chief engineer of the interstellar vessel the Von Braun, the first faster-than-light of its time. Comes from the year 2114. Her ship was overtaken by hivemind fleshbeasts who either infected or slaughtered the entire crew. Delacroix led the resistance! Until she died. Distrusts the inhuman, and also AI. She's not got a lot of patience for nonsense and she's bossy as all get-out and talks like zhis all of zhe time.
City: Delacroix generally spends her time in the City Solutions labs building weapons. She's a workaholic to cover over her PTSD and anxiety from the attack on her ship. Is city!dead after being eaten by Karl, hates him and would like to kill him. Her PTSD has really driven her to paranoia and alcoholism lately.
Needs: Friends, people for her FTL team which she's reconstructing hoping to break out of the City, eventually.

◢ Berthier - Sailor Moon - berthierite

Is: A space invader from the planet Nememis who went back in time from the 30th century to destroy Tokyo and take over the future. One of three silly and incredibly vain sisters, has power over water, feeds off Dark Energy, and is generally a deceptive sneaky-sneak.
City: Thus far Berthier has been looking around and getting the lay of the land. I have a plan for her to try gathering Dark Energy off a shop, just waiting for school to end so I can actually put enough attention in to it.
Needs: She definitely needs a cadre of villainy, and would like some heroes to be nemesis! Sailor Moon villains are... generally pretty inept and amusing? SO I'm not really looking to go the grimdark road, I just wanna give you guys some baddies to fight.

◢ Creeping Dust - Original Character - huichen

Is: A Necromancer from a medieval swords and sorcery kind of setting. Is a troll and a super dickface. Back home he was also one of the generals in a bloody civil war, also the leader of the Warlord's assassins. His world has a particular religious structure based around a five animal zodiac, and he judges everyone by it.
City: So far he's mostly just freaked out Mae and become one of Theo's worshipers.
Needs: Anything and everything. Though, anyone who wants to teach him about some of this modern stuff (like all these flavored liquors....) would be awesome. He happens to be comfortably homosexual if anyone wants to do anything with that, but I'm content to leave him trolling too.

So Merlin here is the most powerful sorcerer ever in the shape of a somewhat clumsy, awkward and gangly young man, but he's very sweet and kind as long as you don't hurt someone he loves. Basically, he's a sweetheart with a decent bite.

He works at Mercy's coyote_walking Magic Shop, is married to Charlie McGee charring and lives together with her, Arthur and... Ken now I think? And a bunch of pets, in a big house that he inherited from Edmund Pevensie when he left the City.

A decent amount of his free time is spent in the library, but mostly he's hanging out with housemates and other friends, and he's the kind of person who will always pitch in to help someone in need.

He needs new friends, I think, but anything at all is welcome. Come at me.

Axl Johnson is a giant gangly puppydog masquerading as a 22-year-old Kiwi bloke. He's not the sharpest tool in the box but he's a good guy and a loyal friend. Liam Lunettes is from that messed up manga named Pandora Hearts and he tends to be fiercely loyal, is easily scared, and yet has a very fierce temper when the right buttons are pushed. He's also an extremely good desk worker. Loves paper work. Loves it, unless of course, it's not his own. He's also working as the general housekeeper at Diva's mansion (hired by Karl), loves coffee, loves drinking although he has a very high alcohol tolerance, and he could use a few (more) good friends after losing his castmates last month. He's thinking of getting a pet because the ticking is driving him batty and he can only watch so many late night shows without pulling out the trivia book.

Diva (Blood+): She's the equivalent of an amoral vampire queen and once her attention is caught, it's easily caught. Her hobbies include torturing Saya, ripping apart poor unsuspecting teddy bears, singing, and taking naps in the sun. If no naps can be had, she enjoys taking long walks to find a drink. She has no plans, but knowing people who want CR with her helps me out a lot because I don't want people to be squicked by anything she may say or do.

Arthur (BBC Merlin): Still picking up my pace with him bit by bit, but I headcanon that he works construction to help keep him fit plus he's more suited to activity then a desk job (although he knows enough about the City and how it works to give it a fair shot now, come to think of it) and he gives private lessons in swordsmanship and various others in his free time so he doesn't gain weight again. He also has a secret love for nature shows and documentaries and blue slushies. I would dearly love for him to learn the wonderful world of text emoticons. (someday, some curse!)

Um... other than that, Arthur hangs out with Merlin and Charlie a lot on account of them sharing house. He's actually become very, very domestic in the City. So, yeah. Any plots for Arthur would be awesome otherwise I'll just keep on rolling with his usual domestic self.

Background: Tyr is a former military commander and currently enjoys traveling, stickfighting, fishing, and magic research as hobbies.

He's the kind of character that's really open-minded in terms of getting to know people since he's had to work with so many different kinds of people, but he can also be bossy when he thinks it's in the person's best interest and isn't above calling someone's choices idiotic.

He's generally pretty laid back as long as nothing important is on the line and is prone to teasing people.

I want...: I actually was going to have him ask for people to be his servants tomorrow since the house is almost empty now and everyone there is kind of a slob...

He tends to work well with the ~heroic~ type in fantasy settings for general friendship times (or general 'no that's dumb stop' times), but I'll really play him against anyone. Most of how he perceives people come from their actions, so it's kind of hard to summarize how he acts to everyone. |D

Someone help. Justin has been here forever and is so deeply unaffected by the City that dying is just par for the course (it was the fourth time that did it). He's sexually confused and in love with Euphie, who isn't in the City. And he's depressed. Just. Someone get him out of his room. Convince him that button-up shirts and loafers and that hairstyle aren't working anymore. My goals for him this month are pulling him from the police force and forcing him to stop being a hermit. If you can help with the last one, please raise your hand. Just. Help.

Pavel Chekov candothat
Eighteen year-old Russian genius with mad skillz (although only the ones that involve engineering and hacking are coming in handy in the City). He's kind-of-dating Lucy, living with Howl and Sophie and Uhura, doing SCIENCE! with Doc Brown, working at City Solutions with Delacroix, and doing all of the other things. Oh, and Chekov is having issues of the blacking out variety thanks to Li/Hei, but he doesn't know he's to blame. I would love to work on the relationships he has and maybe look into new ones.

Penny anunluckypenny
She's the lady who runs the Welcome Center and lives in the attic/loft above it with two dogs and a goldfish. Penny is desperately lonely, not that she'll acknowledge that. Work is her life and, if there's going to be a big Christmas party, she would be happy to help. Most of Penny's CR is fairly shallow, but all it really takes to make it onto her 'friend' list is hanging out with her occasionally. She has a maternal streak a mile wide and likes trying to fix people, so all children and broken folks are welcome. Penny is also eager to believe that everyone is a good person (even if she has evidence to the contrary); feel free to exploit this.
